Symptom

'Line of business of the issuer & is not defined' error is triggered after submitting a source document in eDocument Cockpit app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access eDocument Cockpit app.
  2. Select related document.
  3. Submit it.
  4. Mark the eDocument.
  5. Select Go To.. -> Interface Log.

The error 'Line of business of the issuer & is not defined' is displayed.

Cause

Missing configuration under SSCUI/Activity 102739 - Maintain Additional Parameters.

Resolution

Complete the configuration for related company code, including 'CMPLOB - Line of business of the Issuer' field.
