On ICM trace, the following error is found:
NiHLGetNodeAddr: no address for hostname 'https' found by operating system
IcmIConnConnect: Connect to host: https, service: 443, NIEHOST_UNKNOWN(-2)

And/Or

When transaction SE38 or SA38 > report OA2C_GENERIC_ACCESS is executed for the affected "OAuth 2.0 Client Profile" with "Display configuration" option chosen, the following information can be found:
Auth. Endpoint: https://https://<host>
Token Endpoint: https://https://<host>/oauth/token

And/Or

When transaction SE38 or SA38 > report OA2C_GENERIC_ACCESS is executed for the affected "OAuth 2.0 Client Profile" with "Access Token Request" option chosen, the following information can be found:
HTTP failure, processing failed, invalid state, invalid timeout or others
