Symptom

In Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) job, "401: Unauthorized" error is seen on S/4HANA On-Premise connector
- error=Could not send Message. Caused by: HTTP response '401: Unauthorized' when communicating with http://<HOST>:<PORT>/sap/bc/srt/scs/sap/managebusinessuserin?sap-client=XXX
