3619412 - Single Record Approval is Approved but the related Employee Time Sheet Entry is still in To be Approved status

Single Record Approval workflow has been approved but the related employee time sheet entry still shows "To be Approved" status.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Create multiple Single Record Approval attendances in the same time sheet. 
2. Approve these attendance request workflows within a short period.
3. Check the Approval Status of object Attendance Request showing Approved. 
4. Check the employee time sheet entry approval status is still "To be Approved". 

In the legacy data model, Single Record Approval utilizes the object "Attendance Request" to trigger workflow, then the Employee Time Sheet Entry approval status will be updated accordingly.

When several Single Record Approval workflows of the same time sheet were approved within a very short period, due to the parallel update of the same time sheet, the Employee Time Sheet Entry approval status was not updated successfully.

Please choose one of the following solutions: 

• Withdraw the single record approval and submit again.
• Change the Approval status of Employee Time Sheet Entry from Manage Data.

It's also recommended to move to the new data model to utilize the object Time Recording object to avoid the issue.
