• What are the security considerations when integrating SuccessFactors to MS Teams?
• Is there any guidance in terms of security and data store for the Work Tech integration to Microsoft 365?

From SuccessFactors side, no user information or users' business data produced in Teams (such as chat messages or calendar events) is read or accessed.

• In terms of the exchange of user information between SuccessFactors and Teams, Microsoft stores data for messages (bot messages and notifications, not the homepage tab), so it can be displayed in multiple devices, but do not actively store any data. 
• Any pop-up message that appears in the Microsoft Teams SuccessFactors app (to authenticate, etc,) does not get stored by Microsoft.
