3619612 - HTTP 500 error while accessing CMC or BI launchpad after NW Java kernel upgrade

• After recently deployed a BIP 4.3 SP4 Patch 11 with NetWeaver 7.5, which has been upgraded via maintenance planner from 7.53 to 7.54_500 kernel.
• After deploying the web applications (BOE, biprws ) to SAP NetWeaver Java, you get the error "HTTP 500 Error accessing CMC or BI launchpad after upgrade to BI 4.3 SP2."
• Checked Note 3153615, which is already implemented. Copying the SAPJCE relevant files did not help and rather worsened the state. 
  After copying, the BOE Apps failed to start, and every time a manual start was attempted, the whole NW application crashed and restarted.
• Different variations of SAP JVM were tried out. 83, 86, 93, 102, and 105, but none helped.
