3619647 - Service Notification - "Error: while obtaining notification service status: 'Error while connecting to database!"

• When opening the Administration Console to enable the Notification Service for a Project,  a message box appears with the following text:
  Error: while obtaining notification service status: 'Error while connecting to database!'
  The error happens while using 'Integrated Security = SSPI' authentication within your database connection string.
  E.g. "Server=SERVER_NAME;Database=DATABASE_NAME;Integrated Security=SSPI;"
  
  
• Unable to enable TOSCA Notification Service inside LiveCompare server where both TOSCA and TOSCA server also installed.
