3619659 - DeleteOldExecutionLogs Task Not Deleting Logs Older Than 90 Days as Expected - Tricentis

Symptom

You are experiencing issues with the deleteOldExecutionLogs task and the AutoExclusion feature of the File Service in Tricentis Tosca. Despite running the task with the parameter 90 (for 90 days) in September for example, you are not seeing significant improvements in data consumption on the C: drive of the Tosca Server machine. Additionally, files from May are still present in the "%programdata%\TRICENTIS\Tosca Server\FileService" directory, which is consuming space. You would expect that logs and screenshots older than 90 days should be deleted when running the deleteOldExecutionLogs task. However, you are still observing files from May in the FileService folder structure.

You have confirmed that you are not using image-based test automation, manually attaching files to test objects, or performing manual or exploratory/interactive tests where you might attach documents. You have also confirmed that (if necessary) screenshots are created via logging settings and are embedded and accessible within TestCase's results.
