3619666 - Compliance form signature step missing - Onboarding

• Compliance forms enabled, signature step not showing.
• Error message: "Error occurred during read of Business Process Engine Process Instance: 12345678910111213141516171819: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'errorMessageParameterMap')"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Enable Compliance forms.
2. Attempt to view the signature step.
3. Observe that the signature step is not showing.
4. Go to To do >> Business Profile, found error message: Error occured during read of Business Process Engine Process Instance: 11111111111: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'errorMessageParameterMap') 

DMS (Document Management Service) missing configuration.

Check if DMS (Document Management Service) has been configured properly.
