3619709 - Automatic Closing of Credit Decisions in the App Manage Documented Credit Decisions

When a credit check is performed, the documented credit decision in the Manage Documented Credit Decisions app closes automatically.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Sales Order.

2. Perform a credit check.

3. Observe that the credit decision closes automatically.

If the total liability does not exceed the defined credit limit, the documented credit decision is approved automatically, resulting in the automatic closure.

1. Open the Display Credit Management Log app.

2. Provide the Date filter = Today.

3. Set Category = Credit Management and Sub-category = Credit Check.

4. (Optional) Use the External Reference filter to narrow down the results.

5. Open the details of credit check logs.

6. Confirm the total liability value from the credit check logs.

7. If the total liability is within the credit limit, the documented credit decision will be approved automatically.

8. Review and adjust credit limits if needed to prevent automatic approvals.
