3619832 - VSaaS - Unable to update exam's welcome, success and failure messages on data import tool

• When trying to update welcome, success and failure message on an exam using data import tool for several locales, for some locales it gets updated with the wrong value or not updated at all.
• Example: when updating the message for English, Chinese and Spanish locales, the Spanish locale does not get updated and the English locale is updated with the values entered for Chinese locale.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Learning Administration >
2. Go to System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data >
3. Select Import Data, Entity Type as Exam, upload the import file and click on Submit >
4. Wait for the job to complete and confirm it did not return errors >
5. Go to Content > Assessments and search for one of the updated exams >
6. Click on the Menu and go to Settings >
7. Select the Localized Settings tab >
8. Navigate to the updated locales and see that the messages were either not updated or updated with the value of another locale.

The issue was identified as a defect in the system.
