Symptom

Receiving HTTP 500 error when accessing multiple pages in CMC such:

  • OLAP connection
  • Platform search application
  • Editing connections.

Below error were identified in CMC Webapp logs:

  • org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to initialize TldLocationsCache: C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local\Temp\jar_cache2359713268162084443.tmp
