3619857 - Time zone synchronization from SuccessFactors to Work Zone

You want users to have the same time zone in Work Zone as in SuccessFactors.

SAP SuccessFactors Work zone

1. Login to Work Zone (WZ)
2. See the time Zone is set differently from the one set in SuccessFactors (SF) under UDF file

Time zone can be synced from SF to WZ through IPS transformations for source and target systems as per our documentation Run the Configurator | SAP Help Portal.

You can see the transformations samples for Source and Target under "Configure the Identity Provisioning source and target systems"  > "SAP SuccessFactors source system transformation" and  "SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone target system transformation":

This should transfer the time zone data from SuccessFactors to Work Zone user profiles through IPS sync of users.

However, on Work Zone side, the user needs to have the Default time zone configured under Settings > Advanced Settings > Time & Calendar Settings. The user sync changes the default time zone for users, but if the user has anything else for themselves at their setting level, that will not be changed.
