Symptom

Role field not available for individuals category in advance filter section of Global Search.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to C4C
  2. Go to general search
  3. Select Categories
  4. Select Individuals -> Advance search (notice that role field is not part of the advance search)

Cause

As per business logic currently Role field is not included as part of the Individuals.

Resolution

This is technical limitation.
