How to activate and use the AI feature in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting?

Requirements to enable the feature:

• Ensure you’ve selected the setting Enable Latest Applicant Workbench from Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings.
• You've purchased the SAP AI Units license. For more information about SAP AI Units license, please contact your Account Executive.
• You've selected the Enable AI-Assisted HXM Skills option in Provisioning.
  Remember
• Under Admin Center > AI Services Administration > Feature Settings > Recruiting, enable the Skills Matching Using AI for Assisted Applicant Screening option.
• As a recruiting administrator, you can control which Job Requisition will use the AI-assisted Skills Matching feature. To control this, configure the Configure AI-Assisted Skills Matching Eligibility for Job Requisition rule scenario in Business Rules Admin, then associate the rule to the Object Recruiting Billing and Subscription Configuration under Manage Data

How the Feature Works:

Once the feature is enabled, and you have a Job Requisition which is eligible ( based on the rule setup ), when you navigate to the applicants list you will see a column Skill Compatibility AI will compare the number of compatible skills
