3619889 - Fiori Launchpad Refresh of Quality (or Production) shows missing Tiles - Cannot Load Tile

• During development of Fiori systems, a BASIS refresh was done either in Quality (QA) or Production (PRD)
  • One thing that was noticed, most of the Fiori Applications in Fiori Launchpad exist in Development (DEV) but not in Quality (QA) or Production (PRD)
• Errors shown on the screen when the Fiori Launchpad is loaded is:

    Cannot Load tile

  • The error above is shown on some tiles
