When changing the rows per page of the table, it defaults back to its original setting after refresh.

Reproducing the Issue
When clicking Toggle Group and setting the rows per page to 10/50/100, it does not save but reverts back to default 20 after refresh.
Resolution
It is intended to not save any updates in the rows per page in table. The idea was that every interaction with the table like sorting or changing the page size is not persisted.
