Symptom

Error during the execution phase (Silent Data Migration) while performing the upgrade S/4HANA using SUM DMO. Error happened during phase MAIN_NEWBAS/PARRUN_SILENT_DATA_MIGR. For troubleshooting, by running t-code SLG1, below error could be found:

 "ERROR 302: Dispatcher Timeout: "PackSel xx" waited xx sec for relieve".
