3620069 - Delivery Date is in the past (Message ME039) - Displayed as Warning in Purchase Order

Symptom

Message ME 039 'Delivery date is in the past' has been set as an Error message within SSCUI 102364, however when creating a PO with the delivery date in the past can still be saved.
