3620092 - Common_Sensitive_Info Key Not Functioning in Manage Languages

Symptom

The COMMON_Sensitive_Info key fails to display the expected custom label when custom labels are uploaded in Manage Languages. 

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 2505

 

Reproducing the Issue

1. Download default labels from Manage Languages 

2. Add custom labels with the following format: 

Keyen_US
COMMON_Sensitive_Infoany custom text, e.g. "this is sensitive data"

3. Upload the modified label file

4. Switch the system language to en_US

5. Observe that the system still displays "COMMON_Sensitive_Info" instead of the expected text e.g. "this is sensitive data"

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

This is a known issue currently under investigation and our engineering team is actively working on a fix. The resolution is planned for the 2511 release.
