3620121 - In AI generated goals the fields do not auto-populate

Symptom

Fields do not get auto-populated in Performance Goals when generating them with AI. However, the auto-population works when creating goals manually.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Set up an auto-populated goal field in goal template XML
  2. Open Goal Plan in UI
  3. Click on Add goal
  4. Generate a goal with AI
  5. The fields will not be auto-populated
  6. Try to create a goal manually, from scratch
  7. Same fields will auto-populate

Cause

Currently UXR goals do not support to trigger auto-population automatically when using AI generation.

Resolution

Workaround

As workaround, you can trigger auto-population manually by modifying a relevant source field in UI.
