You installed an additional instance in your SAP Convergent Charging system.
After installing, the ICMAN service is not listed in the newly installed instance: The command "sapcontrol -nr <instance_number> -function GetSystemInstanceList" returns J2EE|ICMAN features for existing instances, but only J2EE for newly installed instances.
