3620242 - Cannot Edit External Pricing Condition

Symptom

Under Pricing Components, it is not possible to edit an external Pricing Component.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Search for Pricing Configuration
  3. Open Pricing Components and select any external Pricing Component
  4. No fields are editable

Cause

External Pricing Components are not editable in Sales Cloud V2.  The data must be changed in the external system and uploaded once more to V2.

Resolution

This is the expected behaviour of the system.
