3620292 - User sees "Edit Offer Details" button on Offer Approval when they should not - Recruiting

User shouldn't be able to see "Edit Offer Details" button on offer approval /offer detail page

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Recruiting > Job Requisitions
2. Select Job Req
3. Click on Candidate name
4. Click on Take Action > Offer > Offer Approval
5. User see "Edit Offer Details" option but they should not

Once user has offerApproval feature permission on the job req template for the status the candidate application is in, they will be able to see "Edit Offer Details" button
