• For example, the old paycomponent is shown instead of the new one and the field cannot be edited, retaining the incorrect value

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. This candidate initiated ONB from RCM.
2. Pre-onboarding task generated.
3. The assignee selected rehired with old employment.
4. On the rehired data review page, it shows old version instead of the newly paycomponent.

It was found that when passing the pay component Id to filter pay component values from the list, the result includes two entries. In such cases, the system cannot guarantee which value will be selected, as both pay components share the same prefix.

We strongly recommend using unique prefixes for pay component Id to avoid such kind of issue.
