3620330 - HDBLCM add host activity fails with Error No such file or directory

Symptom

Adding host with resident hdblcm fails with error:

14:51:23.192 - ERR : Configuration error:

14:51:23.191 - ERR : Cannot collect host infos

14:51:23.191 - ERR : Collecting information from host '<hostname>' failed!

14:51:23.191 - INFO: bash: /hana/shared/<SID>/global/hdb/install/bin/hdbreg: No such file or directory.
