3620364 - Error /SCWM/L3893 is raised when confirming Warehouse Task with DIFS exception code

Symptom

User tries to confirm a Warehouse Task (WT) with destination Handling Unit (HU) equal to source HU & exception code DIFS.
System then raises error message below, despite user having selected HU Withdrawal flag:

"Destination HU same as source HU only allowed for HU takeover
Message No. /SCWM/L3893"
