Symptom
There are two types of times in Advanced Workflow:
- User time: It affects the timestamps the users can see in cases and in audit logs. User time can be configured in a user-by-user basis with the possibility to configure the time for new users.
- Server time: It affects most timestamps displayed in the setup page, such as system and script execution logs, scheduled tasks, script change history, and more. Server time is not possible to be configured and depends on the environment's server geographical location.
