What are the exact timeline for deprecation of Canvas, Table, Tiles/Dashboards and Classic Report Types, considering SAP's latest updates?

Tiles & Dashboards:

Based on customer feedback, functional gaps, and internal review, SAP SuccessFactors has decided to put the Tiles & Dashboards retirement on hold, which was scheduled for the 2H 2025 release.  No new date is currently announced, but we will share the updated date at a later time in the second half of 2025.  

Tiles & Dashboards will be retired at some point in the future, and we will announce the new timeline as soon as it is available. 

Table and Canvas Reports: 

We have removed the retirement dates for Table and Canvas reports and will not presently announce a new date. For Table and Canvas use cases, please review our Frequently Asked Questions document for recommendations to proceed.

As of the 1H 2024 release, we will no longer provide Canvas reporting via Upgrade Center for net-new customers, only customer who already have Canvas reports implemented will be able to still use it.

Classic Reporting:

Classic Reporting was retired with the 2H 2024 release and 3 functionalities (Archive & Print, Detailed Document Search and Objective Search) were retained.  Please review the Frequently Asked Questions document for that guidance.
