3620395 - Data Entry is not possible - SAC

• The data entry is not possible anymore.
• The data locking is open within the correct scope, which is also reflected by the ‘locking state’ we got via script, The error message: "Sorry, we could not update the member values with your data entries. This restriction is due to data locking."

• The development team has identified a regression that occurred during the version upgrade that is related to the issue.
• Affected models can be fixed by regenerating the artifacts via the modeler (go to Model Settings > Data and Performance > Redeploy 
• Model).
• If this issue is still occurring, redeploy the affected model(s) will solve the issue.
