3620427 - Edit/Pencil icon not visible for fields with a Read Only rule

Edit pencil does not appear for email field when a read-only rule is added even if the field is still editable and the rule is set to false.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Add a Read-Only Rule to a field e.g. Email field in an account.
2. Hover over the field.
3. Pencil Icon does not appear even if the field is still editable.

This is expected behavior of the system.

Once a read-only rule is added the edit pencil will no longer appear.
