3620431 - Unable to access Whse in the Assign Bin to PSA - Warehouse APP - S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • Issue with displaying the PSA in the Assign Bin to PSA - Warehouse APP
  • User cannot see PSA Warehouse despite having the same roles as a colleague who can see them.

Environment

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to display PSA in the Warehouse area.
  2. Verify that the user has the same roles as a colleague who can successfully display PSA.
  3. Observe that the user cannot see all PSA.

Cause

  • Default setting in the main User Setting restricts access to specific Warehouse.

Resolution

  1. Remove the default setting Whse in the main User Setting.
  2. Change the setting to blank.

The user will be allowed to modify the Warehouse directly in the Assign Bin to PSA - Warehouse APP.

Note: If a user has Whse set in their User Settings, the issue will reoccur.
