3620432 - Project is not Visible in the Value Help of Edit Time Sheet

Unable to find project - ABC for time recording in the value help of Edit Time Sheet.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Home workcenter
2. Go to Self Service view
3. Go to Edit Time Sheet
4. Select a date, search for the project task, and notice that it doesn’t appear.

The project is not assigned to the Work package.

1. Ensure the employee is assigned directly with Service ID and Employee ID under the sub-tab Work of main tab Project Plan with Service ID, Team Member (Employee) and Planned Hours.
2. Once this is done, the employee will get the Project and its Tasks in the value help functionality to book time recording.
3. From Employee Self-Service -> Edit Time Sheet -> Manage My Worklist -> Add Work Package path, the employee can assign themselves to work package to which they are not directly assigned.
