3620450 - Is it Possible to Track the Deletion of a Master Form Template?

Symptom

You are unable to determine who deleted a master form template within the system. When a template is removed, no audit logs, notifications, or activity history are available to identify the user responsible for the deletion.

Environment

  • SAP Business ByDesign
  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Application and User management workcenter
  2. Go to Master Template Maintenance view
  3. Notice the template has been deleted but unable to track

Cause

This is a standard system behaviour.

Resolution

There's no feasibility to check who has deleted the Master form template.
