3620452 - Several Issues in the Transportation Cockpit App After Upgrading to S/4HANA 2021 or Subsequent Releases

After upgrading to S/4HANA 2021 or a later release, the following issues are observed in the Transportation Cockpit:

• • Two versions of the Transportation Cockpit app are available in the Fiori Launchpad
  • One of the apps is missing a few functionalities, such as:
    • The app title appears as ": Profile and Layout Sets"
    • The option to Switch the Start Screen is not available
    • Start Screen Settings are missing
    • The option to Start Planning as Background Job is not available
  • The problematic app triggers a runtime dump with the following error:
    
    • 500 Internal Server Error: Dereferencing of the NULL reference
    • Runtime Errors: OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO
  • The URLs of the two Transportation Cockpit apps are different:
