3620470 - The standard message “Please submit for approval” is hidden when the Lead is saved

There is a Lead Approval Process set in the system and when editing a Lead the message "Please submit for approval" is displayed. But once Save button is pressed, the message is hidden by the "Your entries have been saved".

The expectation is the "Please submit for approval" message to be shown still and not be hide.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales > Leads.
2. Open any Lead that matches the conditions for the Approval Process. 
3. Edit and change a condition field.
4. See the warning message "Please submit for approval" is hidden by "Your entries have been saved".

As this is just a warning message, it won't prevent users from using the Lead. It will be shown once a condition field is changed but it won't necessarily be displayed all the time during the usage of the Lead. 

This is the system expected behavior.
