When using Advanced Shipping & Receiving (ASR) for one of the locations in a Freight Unit, the PPF Action is not triggered, and the XML is not generated for the Freight Unit.
However, if ASR is not used, the PPF Action is correctly triggered and the XML is generated as expected.
