3620484 - 'No available members' When Attempting to Select 0FISCPER Members in BPF Instance - BPC

Symptom

While creating a new BPF instance, when selecting a member from the dimension 0FISCPER, only the parent members are visible. 'No available members' is shown when displaying child members. However, the child members of the time dimension hierarchy can still be found through direct search or flat view.

The steps from KBA 3575272 are applied but the issue persists.
