3620517 - Real time sync job stuck "in progress"status for active onboarding external user - Onboarding

• Real time sync job for onboardees stuck "In progress" in Execution Manager.
• Display only: "Start to send account change event of {XXX} to subscriber" in the Execution Manager.
• When choosing "Identity Provisioning Service" in the "Integration Service Registration Center", a message appears saying "Specific integrations within this Service were deregistered after failing continuously for six days. To reactivate these integrations, edit the registration. Check the Execution Manager for more details.".
• Onboardee is not created in IAS or onboardees are successfully created in IAS by the scheduled sync job that runs once a day 

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
• Identity Authentication 

1. Go to Execution Manager

2. Choose Pre-Delivered Integrations tab

3. Filter with Process Definition Identifier=sap.sf.iam.identity.account.IpsSynced.v1

4. You will see all real time sync job stuck with "IN PROGRESS" status. 

Identity Provisioning Service in Integration Service Registration Center is not registered.

1. Go to Integration Service Registration Center
2. Choose Identity Provisioning Service in Integration Service
3. Fill in the information under Service Details
4. Click Register
