3620560 - "Processing Paired Time Events for Time Sheet" alerts are not visible in the Admin Alerts

Symptom

"Processing Paired Time Events for Time Sheet" alerts are not visible in the "Admin Alerts" tool, but the same object can be checked in the "Manage Data" tool. 
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.  

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking - Clock In Clock Out

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to tool Admin Alerts.
  2. Choose Admin Alert Type "Processing Paired Time Events for Time Sheet". 
  3. The number of alerts is displayed, but system only showed message "No data available. Try adjusting the filter settings."

Cause

There's manually created "Processing Paired Time Events for Time Sheet" object in the system. 
When viewing the manually created object from Manage Data, the following message will display. 
"An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=xxx, timestamp=xxx, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring."

Resolution

  1. Delete the manually created object via MDF import.
  2. Check Admin Alerts again, the "Processing Paired Time Events for Time Sheet" alerts should display without issue.

Note: Please DO NOT create the "Processing Paired Time Events for Time Sheet" object manually, it should only be generated by the system when the corresponding External Time Data cannot be created due to various reasons.
