Customer has the role template "SAP_BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT_GRP: General Ledger Accountant - Group Reporting", but the other templates are missing in the system.

Missing role templates include:

• SAP_BR_GRP_ACCOUNTANT: Group Accountant
• SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_GRP: Administrator - Group Reporting
• SAP_BR_EXTERNAL_AUDITOR_GRP: External Auditor - Group Reporting
• SAP_BR_BUSINESS_ANALYST_GRP: Business Analyst - Group Reporting

SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud system

1. Open the app "Maintain business roles".
2. Observe that the specified business roles are not available in the system.

1SG scope item is not activated.

1. Activate the 1SG scope item in the system.
2. Raise a new incident on component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV for assistance with the activation request.
