3620570 - Importing Budget Transfer/Supplement/Return in Bulk are not Supported - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When trying to upload BUDGET_PROCESS field with values SUPL, SEND, RECV or RETN in the app “Import Financial Plan Data”, the error shows the process type doesn't exist.

The app “Import Financial Plan Data” only supports ENTR and SUPL, but doesn't support uploading SEND, RECV and RETN. 
And currently there is no app to upload data for unsupported categories in bulk. 
The reason behind is that the import app can't define sender/receiver, but can only support overwrite.

Use the app "Manage Cost Center Budgets" instead.
