Reproducing the Issue

  1. Use the "Manage Purchase Contracts" application.
  2. Attempt to create a contract for plant.
  3. Observe the error related to incorrect time zone settings.

Cause

The address of the plant contains a time zone, which is not assigned to the relevant country code.

Resolution

Change the time zone in plant master data to follow the mapping in system.
