3620605 - Mass acceptance of 'Customer Expected Price' in sales order

Unable to accept 'Customer Expected Price' for multiple line items in Manage Sales Documents with Customer-Expected Price App.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Sales Document with customer expected price app.
2. Select the multiple line items.
3. Click Accept Customer Price.

It is a standard behavior. Select only one line item to accept the customer-expected price and manually adjust. For example, the value of the net price within the app.

Note - Declination of the customer-expected price for multiple items at once is allowed.

• The system accepts deviations below a threshold value automatically and sales document processing continues.
• The system doesn’t accept deviations above a threshold value and blocks further processing of the sales document. This result requires manual follow-up activities in the Manage Sales Documents with Customer-Expected Price app.
