3620626 - Issue with default goal plans not showing correctly in the goal plan

The default goal plans are not showing correctly in the goal plan.

Goal Management

• Set Default Goal Plan:

  • Navigate to Admin Center > Goal Management > Manage Templates.

  • Set the XXXX Goal Plan as the default goal plan.

• Observe Default Behavior:

  • Log in as a user and access the Goal Management module.

  • Note that the YYYY Goal Plan is displayed by default for a significant number of users.

• Change Goal Plan and Verify Reversion:

  • Select a goal plan other than the YYYY plan.

  • Navigate away from the Goals page and then return.

  • Observe that the system reverts to displaying the YYYY Goal Plan.

• Manager's View of Direct Reports:

  • Log in as a manager and access the Goal Management module.

  • View the goal plans of direct reports.

  • Note that the YYYY Goal Plan is displayed by default

"In some cases, the goal plan listed first under 'Manage Templates' appears as the default goal plan when accessing goals. This is expected system behavior

To set the default goal plan to appear first, adjust the order of the goal plans by placing the intended default plan at the top of the list.
