In the app "Manage Memo Records", an Expiration Time field can be set; if this Expiration Time is exceeded, the balance will not be displayed in the app "Cash Flow Analyzer". 

In the app "Manage Memo Records 2.0", there is no Expiration Time field; if the status is Active, the balance will be displayed in the app "Cash Flow Analyzer". If the status is Inactive, the balance will not be displayed in the app "Cash Flow Analyzer". 

In the app "import Memo Records 2.0", some templates will include an Expiration Time field; if this Expiration Time is exceeded, the balance will not be displayed in the app "Cash Flow Analyzer".
