Is it possible to search a particular offer letter in Manage Documents?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
Currently, there is no method to search for a particular offer letter in Manage Documents. Because all offer letter stored in the tool with the uniform document name "OfferLetter.pdf".
And it is not possible to rename files under Manage documents. Please refer to the KBA 2518360 - Document Management Service and the Manage Documents tool - SAP SuccessFactors - SAP for Me.
