3620892 - Duplicated Compliance Form triggered for new hire - Onboarding

Duplicated Compliance Form is generated on dashboard for Onboardee right after complete the first one.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard;
2. Search for affected Candidate and see that there is a second compliance task opened;
3. See that there is a pending compliance task to fill on to do tile;
4. Open it;
5. Not data found.

This is a rare event where document forms are signed but document flow code remain as "In progress" instead of change to "Completed" status. Because of that, a new user task is created, but nothing will appear since the assignedForms section is completed.

As a workaround, follow the steps below:

1. Access the BPE: Process Monitor Tool;
2. Click on the filter icon and enter the "Variable" field using the userID (e.g., userID=12345);
3. Copy the unfinished compliance task ID;
4. Proceed to BPE: Manage User Tasks;
5. Open the filter and paste the copied ID into the "Process Instance ID" field;
6. Apply the filter and click on "Complete Task.";
7. An e-signature task will appear on the dashboard. Repeat the same process as outlined above.

 A code fix tentative is planned for the release 2511 and can be tracked using the identifier OBX-39611.
