Symptom

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to tenant
- Open any BO, in this example Sales Quote
- In the Sales Quote OWL, select the filter icon
- Select your field, e.g. Description, and click the Plus & Right Arrow button
- Under the Conditions, change from "Equal To" to "is initial"
- The value text box cannot be edited
Note: This is relevant to all Workcenters
Cause
Expected behaviour.
Resolution
When you set a filter condition to "Is Initial," you are typically dealing with a special condition that checks whether a field's value has been modified from its default, starting, or initial value. This condition doesn't require a value to be inputted because it's a boolean check.
If you need to filter based on specific criteria, use other conditions where manual value input is possible.
