3620910 - Error "some objects encountered errors during migration" encountered when copy data from another data source

Symptom

  • When using copy data from another data source in linux the below message appeared:
    Data has been migrated.
  • However, some objects encountered errors during migration.
  • Detailed information can be found in <Install_path>/businessobjects/sap_bobj/logging/db_migration_XXXX_XX_XX_XXXXXX.XXXX.log
  • In logs , we get :
    Error Description :CrystalEnterprise.FavoritesFolder : Error   Failed to retrieve next object. Reason: Internal error.
  • In the var logs , there will be an error for cryptographic key 100.
